RV Camping Frequently Asked Questions
A reservation in our RV park guarantees you a site for your entire length of stay, but spots are selected on a first come, first served basis.
Our spots are all 45’ pull-throughs (with a few exceptions on property). We do not require your trailer or RV to be manufactured in a certain year, but all trailers and RVs are required to be hard sided and self-contained.
Yes, we love our furry friends! We do ask any patron bringing along their furry friend to keep them leashed at all times and pick up after them. We do not have any breed restrictions.
Check-In and Check-Out is at noon Arizona time. If you find yourself needing an early Check-In or late Check-Out, additional fees may apply.
Off-road vehicles can be driven from your site to the highway and back only. Off-roading is a huge part of our community, but so is the quietness that comes with being on this end of the lake
Due to the geography of our resort, our wifi is limited to common areas of the resort only (The Springs Dining, Outer Harbor, recreation center, and our main office).
Yes, we just ask that guests who mail packages while staying with us in the RV park add their site number to their last name so we can ensure your package is delivered to the appropriate resort location.
Propane tanks within your trailer or RV (those that cannot be removed) can be filled by A & B Propane and these arrangements can be made by giving them a call ahead of time. Smaller propane tanks for BBQ’s and other personal use can be filled onsite by our maintenance team.
In the months of November through April, our activities team puts on a variety of events, including potlucks, water aerobics, craft nights, bingo, and golf tournaments. In the Summer, our organized activities are more limited, as most of our guests spend this time on beautiful Lake Havasu.
Not necessarily, we just ask that you do not block your neighbors ingress and egress out of their space.
Yes! All registered guests are allowed to utilize the pool by our Poolside motel. Additionally, guests are able to utilize our tennis and pickleball courts. We do have pickleball paddles & balls and tennis rackets & balls for use in the office.
Unfortunately, boat slips are not included in your stay and can be rented in our main office for $30-$40/night.
All Colorado River Adventure RV reservations must be made through our main office. All office receptionists can handle standard Colorado River Adventure reservations (generally 14-21 day stays). Long term reservations that include buyouts can only be handled Monday-Wednesday 7am-noon with our in-office CRA specialist. If you are looking for a cottage or trailer reservation in our park, you are required to book these reservations with the Colorado River Adventures reservation line, which can be reached at 877-970-7826.
While we are affiliated with Colorado River Adventures, we are also open to the public!
No, dry camping is not allowed at Havasu Springs Resort. Violators found to be dry camping will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
