Rooms at the Poolside Motel each have small kitchenettes and are located in the central area of the Resort, adjacent to the golf course, newly remodeled swimming pool, and easy access to all of your favorite activities.
About The Poolside Rooms
Open your motel door directly to this poolside paradise! The Poolside Motel is perfect for the whole family. This prime location is just a short walk from all of the resort’s most popular amenities. All poolside guests have access to grass front, barbecue pits, and picnic tables, in addition to our Olympic-sized pool and spacious pool/spa. For the kids, there is a poolside adjacent playground! Kids can be safe and have fun, while you relax in the sun. The Poolside Motel pool is heated during the winter months to maintain constant guest satisfaction. Each standard Poolside room includes two queen size beds, a bathroom, and a kitchenette.

As part of the Poolside Motel—the closest motel to the Launch Ramp—this room offers unmatched convenience and access to the resort’s top amenities.
Poolside One features a living room, a queen-size murphy bed, two additional queen beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Guests also enjoy easy access to grassy picnic areas, BBQ pits, and plenty of room to relax under the sun.

Located in the Poolside Motel—home to the resort’s olympic-sized heated pool, spa, playground, and BBQ picnic areas—this apartment-style unit puts everything within easy reach, including the nearby Launch Ramp.
The Poolside Apartment features two private bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds, plus a queen murphy bed in the Living Room—offering ample space for everyone to relax. A kitchenette and bathroom complete this comfortable retreat, making it ideal for extended stays or family getaways.

Four Kinds of Rooms, One Lake View
We’ve got 40-plus motel rooms at Havasu Springs, and we split them into four groups on purpose, because “a room by the lake” means something different depending on who’s traveling with you. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or looking for a Lake Havasu vacation resort, there’s a room designed to match the way you travel.
Lakeview Rooms sit across the highway slightly above the resort, and they’re the ones that allow dogs. Each comes with a kitchen, and the desert sunset view from up there is one of those things a photo never quite captures. You just have to be standing on the balcony with a drink in hand.
Marina Rooms overlook the inner harbor, so if you’re the type who wants to glance out the window and check on the boat, this is your spot. It’s a short walk to the docks and to The Springs Dining.
Poolside Rooms are the ones we recommend for anyone traveling with kids. They’re centrally located, right next to the golf course, and each has a small kitchenette, enough to make breakfast so you’re not herding a tired seven-year-old to a restaurant at 7 am. If you’re searching for a Lake Havasu pool resort in Arizona travelers recommend for convenience, these rooms are a favorite.
Vista Suites are our one- and two-bedroom units located behind the Outer Harbor, remodeled with full kitchens and a barbecue area. These book up fastest for anniversaries, girls’ trips, and multi-generational family stays where everyone wants their own space but still wants to be five minutes from everything.
One thing worth knowing before you book: we require 72 hours’ notice for a refund on motel room deposits, so plan your dates with a little buffer if your schedule tends to shift. Pets are welcome, which surprises some first-time guests. Bring the dog.
Every room type puts you within walking distance of the pool, the restaurant, and the harbor, so you’re never really “checking in and driving somewhere else.” That’s the whole point of staying at a resort instead of a chain hotel: you land, and you’re already on vacation at a Lake Havasu vacation resort.
Reservation Information:
- A deposit is required for all reservations. We do require 72-hour cancellation policy for motel room reservations.
- Additional persons over 2 guests per standard motel room will be charged at the following rate:
- $5.00/night per person, $30.00/week per person, $53.00/month per person. No charge for children under 3 years of age in the same room.
- Pets are also prohibited in our Vista Marina, and Poolside Rooms. Violating this will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Guests are only guaranteed reservation type–not room or space numbers.
- Kitchenettes do not include pots, pans, or utensils.
- A $25 resort fee applies to all reservations.
Check-In time is 3 pm and Check-Out is 11 am. Early check-in available dependent on capacity and late checkout is available for a $25-$50 fee.
