Hotel rooms in lake havasu as the only motel with direct views of the boat docks, guests renting a boat slip in the Inner Harbor can relax on their balcony and keep an eye on their vessel—cocktail in hand. It’s the ideal stay for boating enthusiasts and harbor lovers alike.

The suite features three queen-size beds, a full living room with a large sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and a full-size bathroom—everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Comfort and convenience come together in Marina 7, a spacious suite at the Marina Motel which is located directly above The Springs Dining. Featuring two queen beds, a queen murphy bed, a mini fridge, and a bathroom, this suite is perfect for families or groups seeking a cozy stay with easy access to the Inner Harbor and nearby amenities.

Reservation Information:
- A deposit is required for all reservations. We do require 72-hour cancellation policy for motel room reservations.
- Additional persons over 2 guests per standard motel room will be charged at the following rate:
- $5.00/night per person, $30.00/week per person, $53.00/month per person. No charge for children under 3 years of age in the same room.
- Pets are also prohibited in our Vista Marina, and Poolside Rooms. Violating this will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Guests are only guaranteed reservation type–not room or space numbers.
- Kitchenettes do not include pots, pans, or utensils.
- A $25 resort fee applies to all reservations.
Check-In time is 3 pm and Check-Out is 11 am. Early check-in available dependent on capacity and late checkout is available for a $25-$50 fee.
