Spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families, the Vista A Suite is part of our most sought-after accommodations Lake Havasu city Arizona Havasu Springs Resort. While this unit does not offer a lake view, it features a separate bedroom with two queen-size beds, a bathroom, a living room with a queen murphy bed, and a full kitchen. Guests also can enjoy access to the Vistas’ signature grassy lawn and secluded back patio—ideal for relaxing or gathering with loved ones.

Each suite offers beautiful lake views, along with two queen-size beds in a separate room, a queen murphy bed in the living area, a bathroom, and a full kitchen. Guests also enjoy access to the Vistas’ signature grassy lawn and secluded back patio—perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or simply soaking in the resort atmosphere.

As the largest suite at Havasu Springs Resort, Vista D offers spacious luxury and stunning lake views from its desirable end-unit location. Perfect for larger families or groups, this suite comfortably sleeps an entire party.
Vista D features two bedrooms, one of which is a private bedroom with a king-size bed, while the other room includes two queen-size beds and is completed with a bathroom. This suite provides ample space and privacy for its guests. Vista D also includes a kitchen, a spacious living area with a queen-size murphy bed, and access to all the signature amenities of the Vista Apartments, including grassy lawns and a secluded back patio.

Reservation Information:
- A deposit is required for all reservations. We do require 72-hour cancellation policy for motel room reservations.
- Additional persons over 2 guests per standard motel room will be charged at the following rate:
- $5.00/night per person, $30.00/week per person, $53.00/month per person. No charge for children under 3 years of age in the same room.
- Pets are also prohibited in our Vista Marina, and Poolside Rooms. Violating this will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Guests are only guaranteed reservation type–not room or space numbers.
- Kitchenettes do not include pots, pans, or utensils.
- A $25 resort fee applies to all reservations.
Check-In time is 3 pm and Check-Out is 11 am. Early check-in available dependent on capacity and late checkout is available for a $25-$50 fee.
