Located above the Outer Harbor, these popular one and two bedroom suites each have full-size kitchens, a relaxing outdoor patio area and panoramic lake views.
Vista Suites Rooms
The Vista Suites are the most spacious & beautiful rooms on Havasu Springs Resort. These four villa-like suites are always in high demand. The Vistas are famous for their breath-taking lake views, patios, grassy lawns, and very spacious living areas that can accommodate the whole family. Each suite sleeps at least six.
The Vista A, B, and C Suites consist of a separate bedroom with two queen-size beds, bathroom, living room with a queen-size Murphy bed, & a full-sized kitchen.
Vista D, the largest suite on the resort, includes an additional bedroom with a king-size bed & a grand adjoining bathroom. Sleeps up to eight people.

Reservation Information:
- A deposit is required for all reservations. We do require 72-hour cancellation policy for motel room reservations.
- Additional persons over 2 guests per standard motel room will be charged at the following rate:
- $5.00/night per person, $30.00/week per person, $53.00/month per person. No charge for children under 3 years of age in the same room.
- Pets are also prohibited in our Vista Marina, and Poolside Rooms. Violating this will result in additional cleaning fees.
- Guests are only guaranteed reservation type–not room or space numbers.
- Kitchenettes do not include pots, pans, or utensils.
- A $25 resort fee applies to all reservations.
Check-In time is 3 pm and Check-Out is 11 am. Early check-in available dependent on capacity and late checkout is available for a $25-$50 fee.
