Reservations & Resort Information
Can I call in to make a reservation?
Yes and we actually prefer it the old school way! Give our front office a call at 928.667.3361 (option 2) and they will make sure the reservation process is quick and easy!
Are early Check-Ins and late Check-Outs an option?
Due to the limited inventory of our onsite rooms, we cannot always guarantee this will be available, but we try our absolute best to make that accommodation when it is requested!
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have any connecting rooms on site.
Do you have rollaway beds?
Yes! We do have a limited number of rollaway beds available and they are an additional $5 per day.
Do children or additional guests over two people come at an additional charge in the rooms?
Children under 3 are free. Children over 3 and any additional guests over 2 people adds $5/night to the room rate.
What payment types do you accept?
We take all major credit cards, cash, and check!
What is needed at Check-In?
We do require an ID matching the name on the reservation and a credit card to put on file for all arrivals.
How can I get a copy of my folio?
Folios can be printed upon Check-Out or emailed. If you would like your folio after you have left the resort, you will need to give our staff a call at 928.667.3361 (option 2).
What does the resort fee cover?
The resort fee covers usage of all resort facilities, including our pool.
What items are included in your kitchenettes?
All kitchenettes come with a fridge, small stove and oven, and coffee maker. Our suite style rooms (excluding Marina 7) come equipped with a microwave.

Policies
What is the smoking policy?
All rooms are non-smoking.
Do you offer daily housekeeping?
Yes, if requested. However, winter long term guests are put on a weekly clean schedule and our staff will try their best to accommodate additional cleanings and linen requests.
May I ship personal packages to the resort?
Yes! Packages come through our main office and we just ask that guests denote where they are staying on the name line. During our winter season, packages for some guests will be sent down to the recreation center. Ask our office staff upon Check-In for more information.
What are the pool hours?
The Poolside Motel Pool is open everyday of the week from 7am-10pm. In the presence of unsafe conditions (ie lightning), we are required to close the pool.
What is included in the resort fee?
Our resort fee is a one time $10 fee for reservations OR a $15 fee for guests looking for a day pass. This fee covers usage of our resort amenities, including our pool, launch ramp, and beach.
What is your pet policy?
Havasu Springs Resort welcomes pets within our RV Park, within the restaurant lounge, The Outer Harbor, our pet-friendly beach, and within our Lakeview Motel. All pets must remain on a leash at all times.
Property & Local Information
What is the fee for utilizing the launch ramp, beach, or pool for the day?
The fee is $15 for the first day use pass. If you return the following day with the same pass, the fee is lowered to $10 for the second day.
Are local residents able to rent slips?
We love our locals and try our best to allow them to rent slips, but during our peak summer season, we prioritize guests that are staying at the resort.
Are we able to drive our side by side or off-road vehicle around the resort?
No. Side by sides and off-road vehicles cannot be used as a means of transportation around the resort, but guests can drive them directly from their room/space to the highway or vice versa.
Resort Amenities
When is The Outer Harbor open and what do they offer?
The Outer Harbor hours change seasonally, but they always open at 8am. Learn more here.
When is The Springs Dining open?
The Springs Dining is open from 8am-9pm.
What are the pool hours?
The Poolside Motel pool is open 7am-10pm every day. In the presence of unsafe conditions, Havasu Springs Resort reserves the right to close the pool.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes, we have a hot tub to accompany our pool
Do you have a fitness center?
Unfortunately, we do not have a fitness center. We encourage you to enjoy one of the numerous hiking trails, our nine hole walking golf course, our tennis courts, and many other outdoor activities.
Is there a business center available for guests to utilize?
Unfortunately, we do not have a business center accessible to guests. Our office staff does not mind helping you to print or fax items at a small labor charge.
What is your golf course like?
Our golf course is a 9 hole, 3 par walking course. Many golfers say that our course is challenging, but fun to play.
Is your course open to the public and do you require tee times?
Our course is open to the public and we do not require tee times. We do close the course for golf tournaments and mens and ladies golf (winter season only). Don’t hesitate to give our office a call to make sure there is no course closure!
Your resort seems pretty spread out. What’s the best way to get around?
All resort properties are accessible by car, but a lot of our guests prefer to get around via golf cart. If you have a personal golf cart, you are welcome to bring that to the resort. If you would like to rent a golf cart, give Premier Golf Cart a call at 928-680-1770 to book!
